The Valley of Youngstown, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite will present the Scottish Rite's 4th Degree at Allen Lodge #276. Breakfast will be served starting approximately 8:30 am with the degree to start at 10:00 am. Those interested in joining the Scottish Rite may contact Randal E.
